Last month my wife and I, along with some friends of ours, had the opportunity and pleasure of viewing the new Artery Homes at the Vistas at Springdale. The homes are of exceptional character and quality and are tastefully decorated. We were quite impressed with the model, the Washington, in particular. It is no doubt a very sound quality and extremely exquisite home. Now we know what royalty is like, and many thanks for the pleasure of having the “dream” of living in it. Heavens, my gosh, magnificent, holy cow! There are no other adjectives to describe this home. This is the best we have seen in our lifetime!

The reason for this letter is of two folds. First, the design of the home as we described above. Second, we were fortunate to have the opportunity and pleasure to have Ms. Denise Fritz as your representative to present all the information on the home.
